What is The Taste of Canmore?
The Taste of Canmore is a hands-on cooking class and gourmet lunch experience that showcases the culinary diversity and excellence of the Bow Valley.
Against the backdrop of the Three Sisters mountains, we will indulge in drinks, appetizers, savory and sweet treats from 10 different local producers. Under the guidance of Chef Yuka, you’ll learn how to balance flavours, textures, and presentation, creating a show-stopping charcuterie board. We will also make our own crackers and cheeses, with recipes you can easily recreate at home. So whether it’s a date, rest or rainy day, join us for a unique indoor adventure.
